[Resolved] DishTV — dish tv 102 error since last 8 days and not resolved till date by dishtv | |||
Hi, My DishTv is not working since last 8 days even after recharge. My DishTv VC# [protected]. I have recharged DishTv on 21/Apr and getting 102 Error as No Account Balance from 21/Apr. I have raised complaint[protected] on that day and they closed complaint on Monday without checking the customer. I called once again on 22/Apr to check the status and they informed me that complaint is closed as customer is not reachable even thought I gave two different number and even I didn't get a call from technician. I raised one more complaint[protected] on 22/Apr and called DishTv multiple times since 22/Apr and no proper response from DishTv team regarding my complaint. It is very pathetic situation to me as I wasted my time because I had to wait so long on every customer care call and every time they mentioned that they are reaching out to their superior and service agent but nothing helped me till today. I also sent emails to Telangana nodal office and no response from their side. Request you to consider this and help me on this. Regards Murthy Was this information helpful? | |||
