[Resolved] DishTV — Dish tv deactivated for one month after payment vc: [protected] | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, I have been using Dish TV services from about 2006. Last time I made a payment of Rs. 500 on[protected] but still my connection was deactive til[protected]. I would have called the Dish TV customer care but the cellular services were barred in Kashmir. Finally I managed to send an email to Dish TV on[protected] and on the same day the connection was activated. In the process, I was not able to avail the Dish TV services for one month (from 08-07 to 07-08). When I asked the Dish TV executives for the benefit of one month that was wasted because of the problem at their end, they denied to provide the same.
