[Resolved] DishTV — Dish tv multi connection | |||||
I called dish tv so that they could send a technician to connect my set top box to my parents dish as we live in the same house. Nobody seem to know anything and they either kept connecting me to he wrong department or disconnecting my call. So far my worst experience with any customer service.I dont know what to do. In couple of complaints, technician came and just started TV. As I was having trouble, today I asked technician to check without logging complaint. Then found the truth.
