For New connection DishNXT HD setup box which can be purchase only ONline as per Dish, On doing online payment 3 to 4 times transaction gets failed as after that on 4th transaction my amount gets debited and i have not received any message from Dish tv if it is booked or again failed, On enquire from customer care there executive saying that they don't know regarding this executive name ( Rakshit, Neeraj) they transfer call to there senior and then after the call gets end. i tried 8 to 10 times on paid number but they don't want to solve the problem. If they are doing fraud they just get the amount on there account and not taking the booking then this is serious issue. As me how many customer who pay online and facing this type of problem that customer care are not even there to here the customer problem. Was this information helpful? | |

I again advice all not to go or even try for online transfer from dishtv web site as ur money will get block as my. I am waiting for waiting for refund but till date tge refund is not process from dish tv..
