Due to Strong wind, Dish TV dish got disturbed and it is showing Signal not found. So, I called to Customer Care center and gave complaint on June 15th 2019, Costumer Care executive gave assurance that with in 24 hours, issue get resolved. I have waited for two days, no technician came to resolve the issue. Every day I am calling to Customer care center asking to resolve the issue, Customer care executive listening my words and reopening request and forwarding call to supervisor, supervisor giving ensuring that your issue will be resolved today and every day I am hearing same statements from Customer Care Executives even though my issue not rectified yet (i.e., June 25th 2019).
