[Resolved] DishTV — dish tv signal not found | |||
My name is rajender reddy v, this is my cvv no ([protected]) i am facing 301 signal not found error since[protected] every channel. Even remember now, how many times i have complained regarding the same issue for the same every single day even in clear climate also am unable to watch tv, i lost 7 days for my entertainment and money. I called customer care representative mr. Pradeep who is not all listening anything and not try to understand the complaint. Hence i did not get any positive response form him. I keep losing money on every call to your customer care, let me know if this issue can be rectified you or i will switch to another provider. trai rules allowed users to freely choose or drop channels from their pack.
But the recent lock in period option creates obstacles while doing so and we are forcrd to subscribe a channel by means of lock in period.
the lock in option if accidently pressed by some users who are not much familiar with the system has to suffer.
We had suspended “lock-in” on our packs temporarily, to ensure a smooth migration of customers to the new tariff regime of TRAI. We have reinstated the lock-in policies now and assure you that these are well communicated and fair, in keeping with the TRAI guidelines.
