[Resolved] DishTV — dishtv-102 error-even after recharge v.c.no[protected] | |||
I recharged DishTv DTH on 07 Aug 2018 for INR361.00 debited on Credit Card XXXX on 07-Aug-19.Info:DISHTV.Avbl Lmt:xxxx.Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 4009 to [protected]. After recharge immediately we got a 102 error we contacted customer care and they send refresh command couple of times still not resolved and finally they told that they will arrange technician to realign the antenna by 8th Aug 2019. Nobody has come to sight to fix the issue. Daily amount is deducting and we have no solution. DishTv staff is not able to provide a technician in right time, why do they have customer service over phone. it is very hard to get any support from dish tv. Was this information helpful? | |||
