I have recharged rs 153 of dishtv vc no.: [protected]) on 23 sep 2019. I have recharged on web portal of dish tv (https://www.rechargedishtv.in). there reference number of transaction is[protected]igahbqcme3.

Dish tv team have declared from own side "we unable to track this trnsaction account (Inb avenues india private lim) and reference number[protected]igahbqcme3) that's why your dish tv account is showing switch off". We are upset for this kind of response. I would request you, kindly resolve merchant transaction and help to complete process of dishtv recharge service.

Thank you for reply me. I don;t have dish tv tie up details. I have mini statement of SBI account, and dish tv recharge location. With the help of SBI account, i can share order id and amount receiver account name. Please read order id, bank name, transaction date, amount receiver account name.

Transaction Bank name : State Bank Of India
Reference Number/Order Number:[protected]IGAHBQCME3 (Short Form:IGAHBQCME3)
Amount Receiver Account Name: INB Avenues India Private Lim

Please find image, here i have marked with green border.

I have also requested to SBI bank and others team like as cyber crime/fraud, kindly help to trace and activate my dish TV account. We can see dish tv team response and i have paid from rechargedish tv link(https://www.rechargedishtv.in/index). You can also see screenshot, they are providing recharge facility. DishTv team should take action and contact to rechargedish tv team.
