[Resolved] DishTV — dishtv service negligence of dish tv management and customer care | |
Myself manjunath, having dishtv bearing vc no [protected] with the name of d. Gopi. I had recharged my dishtv through paytm on 24th jan 2018 with 695rs/- and changed my plan from south silver regional pack to non stop pack for one year. On the same day (24th jan 2018) i got an email confirmation and my dish tv account got updated to non stop pack and i was enjoying the same plan till 25th april 2018 And suddenly on 26th april 2018 without my confirmation my dish tv account got changed to old plan which is south silver regional pack. I have raised a complaint on 29th april 2018 and spoke to the senior customer executive (Sekhar) and they requested me to wait for 24hrs to get the issue resolved, But nothing has happened. Again i have given a call to dish tv customer care helpline and this time i spoke to senior customer executive (Uday kumar) on 30th april and he told me To wait 2 to 3 working days to resolve the issue and again hasn't get any solution on this issue. On 3rd may i had given a call again and this time spoke to naga and got the same answer to wait 24 to 48 hrs and i was said ok to wait again. I have been waited till today (12th may 2018) for the call back and solution from dish tv but nothing was happened. Again i have called dish tv (12st may 2018) and no proper response and the call got dropped. Tried again and thank god this time i was connected to the same executive (Naga) which i spoken on 3rd may and again i got the same answer to wait till 14th may 2018 And i was told to get a call back from dish tv senior executive on 13th may 2018 for the issue details. Every time when i had given a call to dish tv after providing the vc no, customer executives have been asking me newly about the issue And i was been telling the same issue again again again and again... (It sounds like they don't have any track of issues raised and not sure how will they provide the solution which is so disgusting) So, please let us know whether this issue will get resolved or dish tv is accepting that will always cheat the customers on the services which they are providing.
