[Resolved] DishTV — dishtv service termination even after payment | |||
I have some issues with dishtv customer service, which i have listed below. This issue is regarding my recharge of dishtv. 20th feb 2019 - i recharged my above mentioned vc no [protected] with rs 311 after selecting all the channels i am interested as per the new trai norms. 21st feb 2019 10 am - my mom at home notices that the service has been terminated and there is only one information on the screen. Message is 102 - low balance, requesting me to choose channel and make payment 11 am (Somewhere around) i tried to call but due to high call volume i was arranged a call back Sometime in the afternoon i received a call from customer service technician who was speaking in hindi while my preferred language was english. I asked for a call back in english In one hours or so - a technician in english called and tried to refresh & reboot the account an it did not work. He offered to send a technician but i rejected since it was a software issue and not hardware for which i am not paying rs 200 again. Asked to speak with senior technician Again before evening another call back in hindi from senior team. Not in english, so again a call back was arranged Before 5 pm - senior technician speaking in english informs me that there is change in band between south and north and that the technician was suppose to visit my premises to make necessary changes, which never happened. 22nd feb 2019 10 am - i check the status of my vc no and see that the issue is closed while it is still on going 11 am - i call again and i was directed directly to senior team call back option by the technician. Requested for a call back at around 12 am 12:40 - 12:45 pm - call from senior technician team speaking in hindi to check what my issue is again. 1 pm - another senior technician by the name gaurav again called in hindi trying to solve my issue.
