I complaint for not receiving the signal, according complaint no[protected] on date-13/mar/2015 for VC no-[protected], company engineer came to attend complaint and tell that VC card & set-up box both are not working, and install new set-up box with new VC connection (VC No- [protected]).they convert both connection in multi-vision and not tell us about it.
My old connection is also running without my knowledge if I recharge my new connection than the amount is transfer in both connection equally. But I use only one connection. I complaint in customer care about it then they tell me that they can not do anything about it.
So please help me for solving this issue, Thankyou
