[Resolved]  DishTV — fraudulent senior executive

I had done a recharge for 725 on 21 january 2019 via paytm that had incorrectly transfered to dish tv ...So I called them up and asked if it was possible to reverse back the amount ...They said they can if I pay for the service already availed of rs 50. So I paid the same amount on the spot during the call and they assured it would be bounced back to me within 7 days. Which didn't happen so I called back on 28th january 2019, their senior executive abhishek told me that I had to pay further 60 rs and they will bounce back my money...I paid it again while on call. They told me again I will receive the said 725 within 7days as per RBI GUIDELINES. They refused to receive my calls and put me on hold for half an hour twice and then disconnected call subsequently.

I called them on 5th february when the amount dint reflect in my account. Amit another customer executive told me he will resolve it within 24 hours. But they didn't follow up on anything.

When I spoke to there senior most executive "SUNNY CHAUHAN", he added new rules that their other executive have no idea about. He told me to pay further 150 for minimum balance on account plus 7 days service charge of the dish while RBI processes my refund back. His reply was accounts team wasn't in the loop but the second call on 28th with abhishek, the accounts team was consulted on the amount due for service provided to me and then the amount to paid by me was finalised. ( Which can refered in the recording of 28th January 2019)

When on calls both dated 24th and 28th january 2019, both the executive told me they would not be charging me any amount if I pay their requested amount and my service be put on hold.
But they are still charging me everyday.

They have never reverted back when my complaints were put aside by them.
They are invented new requirements and demanding new figure of amount with every call I make.

They are never going to refund me any amount.
Customer care team is clueless to their own rules.
The team is robbing me and that is clearly a fraudulent act on their behalf as well as the company is being evasive of any responsibility towards a customer.
