[Resolved] DishTV — giving fraud schemes to get activated | |||
Date of incident :-25/9/19 time :-09.40 I had taken connection of dish tv for year... I faced many problems of bad weather condition error 301... Weather was absolutely fine here... All other companies working perfectly but dish tv was not working So i decided to disconnect my connection... After a year.. I decided to reactivate my connection so i called up dish tv for packs... They said by recharging 219/-, you will get validity for 1 month with sufficient channel... I asked the executive that i am seeing error 301 already before activating also... He said after recharging problem will get solve or call again we will help you.. Problem persisted and i called again... They are now saying they need to send executive to check antena... And it will be charged as 200 rs... Why should i pay rs200 now... They should have informed me earlier that it is going to happen... I then told me to refund my set top box deposit and amount paid 219 Vc no:-[protected] They are now like both are non refundadble... Is this the scheme to lure customers... I want full refund my settop box deposit and amount paid 219... I dont want your services.. Was this information helpful? | |||
