[Resolved]  DishTV — harassing customer

i have bought hd+ in feb this year n have subscribed for HD Royale pack which is valid till 10.oct.2014 n on 1.april suddenly without any prior consent colours Hd channel was discontinued n i could only see to subscribe for this channel sent sms stating request la carte with channel code n so on...m really irked by the service n ethics shown by u...n today i requested for the colour hd n it got activated few hours but validity of the package is reduce from 10.oct to 23.sept which is 17days less n when u convert these days into Rupees its Rs 340 and whereas colour hd subscription charge for one month is Rs65 so can anyone explain for what i have been charge for.. v/c no.
