[Resolved] DishTV — harassing the customer | |||
Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice, how your customer care executive /person who are recharging the connection is creating non sense and harassing I am having two connections vc [protected] (P) & v c [protected] (C) I got them recharged on 07.03.2019, before due date and send the list of channels selected by me and paid rs.518.00 on 07.03.2019. You have send the acknowledgement vide token number [protected] &[protected]. Now i have received 08 messages from dish tv with in two days informing me 1. You have recharged of rs. 511.00, switch off date 14.04.2019. Message received at 6.57 p m on 08.03.2019. 2. You have recharged of rs. 518.00, switch off date 09.04.2019. Message received at 8.29 p m on 08.03.2019. 3. You have recharged of rs. 534.00, switch off date 12.04.2019. Message received at 8.48 p m on 08.03.2019. 4. You have recharged of rs. 518.00, switch off date 08.03.2019. Message received at 8.51 p m on 08.03.2019. 5. You have recharged of rs. 557.00, switch off date 10.04.2019. Message received at 9.51. A m on 09.03.2019. 6. You have recharged of rs. 544.00, switch off date 07.04.2019. Message received at 9.54. A m on 09.03.2019. 7. You have recharged of rs. 590.00, switch off date 05..04.2019. Message received at 9.58 p m on 09.03.2019. 8. You have recharged of rs. 526.00, switch off date 28.03.2019. Message received at 10.08. A m on 08.03.2019. Is it not nonsense after 3 / 4 minutes or 10 minutes they are sending the message that you have recharged for this amount and your switch off date is this, which is every time changing, date and amount. Please instruct them not to create non sense and harass the customer. I Have paid rs 518.00 as per the channel selected by me and you have send The acknowledgement. You please recharge my both connection of Rs.518.00 for month and give me the discount of rs. 50.00 (25 +25) as You are showing on the tv for recharging before due date.
