DishTV — I am complaining about lose service | |||
I have serious complaint against your serverce i have recharge on 7sep rs 300... Recharge msg arrived... But its cant view channel... Your reply to uss is... We have refreshed your dishtv set-top-box. Please tune into channel 96 for smooth updation. To register your number, sms: dishtv rmn to 57575... This msg on date..8/9/18 from you.. And onother was.. Congratulations! Your mobile number has been successfully registered with dishtv. For any query, just sms or call from your registered mobile number. And my last comunication with custmer care senior department but she says sorry and also say please stay tune channel no.96 but errors was there Sep.8 your msg for us isdishtv refresh [protected] Your number is not registered with us. To refresh your dishtv set-top-box, please send sms:dishtv refresh [protected]... So can suggest to dish tv i was recharge on 7 sep on my vc no [protected] for rs 300... Rupees recharge is success ful.. But i can't able to view a channel... Error on tv says channel not subscribe.. Was this information helpful? | |||
