[Resolved] DishTV — I am complaining against dish tv charge for aligning my dish antena | |||
There is a issue with my dish tv. I called customer care for not able to view all free channels getting error 301. After troubleshoot customer care executive told me that there is a allingment issue on dish antenna. Need to send technician for that i will be charge 130 rupees as the setup box in to under warranty. When i asked that this is a technical issue not an physical hardware problem. Why should i charge for that. He is not agree and denied to send technician. After requesting, several times, the person is denied for the service. I request to take this matter to get this resolve. Dishtv says that they add pitara channel on 1183 but there could v no channel to. Be show on this.
