DishTV — I am not able to view the subscribed channels | |||
Dear Sir, I have been using Dish TV services from past 6 years my customer ID is [protected] and registered mobile is [protected]. From a long time I am not able to view some channels from by opted pack. When I made a complain to my service provider (Dish TV) to resolve this problem. They told me that "You have to make a voice call and tell our executive which channel do you want to view ". I said that please enable my all channels under my opted pack but they denied for that. they said that "You have to tell the specific channels". Practically this is not possible to learn all missing channels out of 225-250 channels. Please look in to this matter so that I can avail the services for which I am paying them.
