[Resolved] DishTV — I recharge three month dish tv but only one month recharge is done through paytm | |||||
I recharge dish tv for three month through Paytm but only one month recharge is done on dishtv. Non-receipt of 3months recharge through Paytm. I had done recharge of rs 705 from dishtv's online website. I used wallet recharge method for the payment and i paid the amount using paytm wallet. I didn't get any transaction details from dishtv's website as i was presented with feedback dialog when payment was completed. I never received any recharge successful/failure sms. I only have details of paytm transactions. I contatcted paytm customer care they are saying that payment was done successfully so no issue at their side. I tried contacting dishtv's customer care many times but their service is worst (Don't reply on the mail, calls get disconnected automatically). I had explain from the start each time i call to their customer care service. They didn't logged my complaint as there is no transaction id. I want to ask dishtv, isn't it possible that payment is successful (You received money on your account) but recharge is not done for any technical reason. How can i provide transaction id in this case if i don't have any? Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different numbers on my registered mobile number with them.Many times i told them to stop calling me but they don't. They always call me from different numbers.This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime
