[Resolved]  DishTV — I was not given cable wire with new connection

Hello, my name is rachesh hallad.
In the month of may i was purchased new hd dish tv connection of rupees 1700/-.in this package all installing material was available like set top box, dish, cable wire etc. The cable wire was already fitted in my home (Rented) wall so unboxed cable wire doesnt need that time. He installed dish tv connection and i paid him 1700 cash, after that i demand him give me my cable wire which came into box then he refused to give it to me and he gone. Next day i call him he didnt received my call after that day i called customer care and i told the story and customer care that i want my wire or give refund me my money cause i have paid for wire also. He transferred the call to his senior, senior said me that your issue will be solve within 48hrs, i said ok. I waited for 3 days i didnt get any response, then i called again, again same happen he transferred my call to senior he also gave me time of 48hrs i said ok. After 3 days i didnt get any response, i called again and its same happen for 3-4 times, still today 5 sept i didnt get my wire and not any refund.
