[Resolved]  DishTV — incorrect disconnection of service cid[protected]

I have recharged for a month on 31 mar cid[protected] but on 19th april services stopped displaying you have insufficient balance.
No phone no. Is available to contact cc only ivrs tells you have no balance.
Kindly do the needful to restart the service as i had recharged on 31 march for full month
Thank you for providing this platform when service providers not even respond to their consumers.

Not yet resolved.
I have recharged for one month on 31 mar as suggested by your company .But the IVRS is telling zero balance.
