[Resolved]  DishTV — installation for new connection

I did an online payment on saturday[protected] for a new connection.
No one called till date from technical team i. E[protected].

The customer care is so irresponsible and they couldn't even retrieve my details with my registered mobile number.

When first called, they informed that installation would get done within 24 hours. I hope they resolve the issue asap and would like more customer friendly care.

It took 5 days to complete the process, only after a complaint, the installation guy informed that he only got the message yesterday i.e. 15-5-19. So it's clear the delay is from Dishtv technical team.
DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
