DishTV — irresponsible behavior and Harassment of consumer by the company

I am using the dishtv of v.c. no.[protected]. I have made a complaint of alignment problem in the dish tv antena approx 20 days ago i made the call to dish tv for dish purpose and approx 2 hours i negotiate with them and i told him/her all the problem ad they solve this issue and ensured me that a back call made by the company and they fix my problem but days are gone one by one but no back call and no technician come to my home. I again made a call to the company today on 4th September approx 1 to 2 hours i again negotiate with them and they ask me again and again this procedure and holding my line for a long brake of 10 -15 minute and totally harras me as a customer. I negotiate with neha senior customer executive she gave me the assurance of that she will back call me and negotiate with the service provider they called me but due to some reason i disconnected right that time i made a back call at 2 times and send 2 text messages no response given by the company and when i again do a call to the company's customer support no. I said i want to talk your senior neha because she knows all the matter they said to me it is not possible when i said to him make a back call to me they denied it also. Per month i paid ₹311 and the channel in my pack i am not able to see them and even company raise every month a sum of ₹311 and i have to paid but can't able to see all the channel. Its a pure tyranny imposed by the company even i have all the proof of recorded voice of call that i have made in company .Kindly provide me the help because these capitalist company gouge us.
