[Resolved] DishTV — misleading customer service n charging 250% extra charges | |
While purchasing hd nxt premium set up box, they tell one offer (1 month free and then long term pack fo 36months @rs.1179/- non refundable deposit + every month rs.51/-. On 16.05.2018 i called to customer care they told me that offer has been increased to 1279/- (Including gst) and i have activated dance+ pack activated, i have to pay 46/- for 2 months. Actually i have not activated but i ready to pay and requested to close after 60 days. Today i called to customercare they are telling that i have activated full hd pack, dance+ pack, longterm pack. So i have to pay rs.300/- per month. I have not yet activate any pack. I just need only long term pack rs.1279 deposit+rs.51/- every month with telugu regional language channels. While purchasing setup box time also created problem where you can see my complaint on 24/04/2018. Was this information helpful? | |
