[Resolved]  DishTV — Misposting of recharged money

I would like to inform you that 2 (two) VC connection was taken in my home which are stated bellow :- 1. VC no : [protected] in the name Sri Kshitinath Das. 2. VC no : [protected] in the name of Sri Bhabanath Das. Payment for recharging both the VCs @Rs. 2892/- its for 1 (one) year was made from cell money agent on 17/06/2014. But unfortunately, one VC was wrongly recharged to VC no: [protected] instead of VC no [protected] on 17/6/2014. The recharged of other VC no [protected] was correct and received massage in RMN from BP-Dishpy on 17/6/14 as bellow: 1. "Post recharged of Rs. 2892.00 MOD Non-Stop has been activated on Ch. 254 from 466 days. Accordingly your recharged date is shifted to 23/9/2015." 2. "Dear Bhabamnath Das congrats ontime recharged of Rs.2892.00 received towards Ur Super family pack under Tranx No.[protected]. Kept STB on for smooth updation." On nor receiving recharged message of VC no : [protected], the matter was contacted to customer care and concerned sel money agent. Accordingly the cell money agent processed for transferring money from wrongly recharged VC. no [protected] to correct VC no: [protected] on 21/6/14. But dish tv authority transfered money from my correct rechared vc no [protected] to vc no [protected] instead of tranfering from vc no [protected] on 21/6/14. Incorrect vc no [protected] was recharged under tranx id SREC65655407 from moble no [protected] of Sri Milon Suklyabaidya from cell money. On running smothly of both the dish tv and no information received in my RMN of vc no [protected] regarding transfer of money and diactivation SMS up to 28/8/14 myself remain blind regarding the matter. This mide be happend due to mistake done by the transfering authority from your end. Therfer you are request the matter to look in to the matter and check authenticity and arrange to transfer the present balance of vc no [protected] to my vc. no [protected] Wrongly recharge tranxaction id : SREC65655407 and moble no : [protected]. Dealer ID is deleated as per infromation submitted by cell money agent. Yours faithfully, Bhabanath Das Convent Road haflong Dima hasao
