DishTV — Multiple Transfers consuming much time.

Attempting to set up service for "Dish4myRV" has been the most frustrating 2 hours of my life. Call #1 Initially I spoke to a person I could not understand who also did't know what an RV was nor anything about the specific program I wanted. He transferred me to his supervisor (Contact#2) who was non better. Two people, no help.

Call #2 (3rd contact) Next called number from Camping World/Dish brochure. Can't help me at all, call "Outdoor Sales".

Call #3 (4th contact) Next call to Outdoor Sales[protected] was told they couldn't set up account because my receiver had previously been used. (We had a home but sold it and now reside in the RV). Instructed to call back and have receiver identity removed from the "closed" residential acct. Why didn't they do that when we closed the account?

Call #4 (5th person) Called[protected] to remove receiver identification number from a "closed" record????

Call #5 (6th contact) Craig[protected]. Please start pay as you go "Dish4myRV" service. He couldn't help me because although the Tailgater Antenna was new, the receiver was previously used and he could only set up new equipment...I informed him I was following direction I had previously been given at this number. He asked me to hold and when he returned to my call, he did set up my account.

This many calls and contacts is ridiculous. Customer Service is VERY BAD when you make numerous calls spanning 1 1/2 hours to set up a new account. If I wasn't so much in need of satellite service or if I had other options, I would never choose or recommend Dish.
