DishTV — my services are blocked by dish tv. | |||
Dear. Dated-11/02/2019 Sir/madam I am a consumer of dishtv dth. My vc. No. Is - [protected] Dishtv dth has completely stopped my services from past 8 days and i have sufficient balance up to 25/02/2019. But before 20days they are stopped services. The switch off date of my connection is 25/02/2019. 👇 I was trying to choose channels based on new trai norms and dishtv was not allowing me to save my selection on website. 👇 I immediately reported this to dishtv customer care service and they were reluctant to help me on this and said they have no information about that. Now, they have completely stopped service and their app, website are not working properly. Phone lines are also not receiving by the operators. There is complete black out and they are not ready to admit any complain regarding my vc. Number [protected]. 👇 Hundred times i call on consumer care lines but doesn't received by any one. 👇 Now 👇 I would like to bring this issue to your notice that, no one from dishtv dth user able to select their own basic package and none of the basic package can be able to modify. Dishtv dth has not provided the facility to delete or add basic free package and they have not brought the facility to make payment of trai package. Please look into the issues, as they already blocked many channels and we are a viewer not to see the channels since from 8 days. Thanks & Regards Manoj kumar Dishtv vc.
