[Resolved] DishTV — new connection not done after full payment | |||
I purchased new dish box through DISH TV sites online and paid for same. But after purchasing 5 dyas no single sms or call for installation done, i called all help line numbers and customer care mails but fail to get solution all just doing timepass and all there call centre guyes move your call from one person to another without solution. All nodal officers numbers in mumbai and pune i tried but all not working even mailed to them but no reply yet. I forwarded account statement snap to customer care still not received any tokan number, Was this information helpful? | |||
