[Resolved] DishTV — no channels visible even after selecting from the website. | |||
The picture quality is fine, rather it's good. But the service you provide is the worst. No one picks up the calls on toll free number. The people on your help desk keep us waiting for hours. Not joking, i myself have kept my phone on for hours. These people don't have any value for money. Plus they are arrogant and basically they don't know anything about the system. Everytime i ask for something, they tell me to wait and talk to the senior manager. The website is also the same, to select channels the drop box does not even load and go forward. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get dishtv. Worst service ever. Was this information helpful? | |||

Due to high call volumes, there might a delay in attending your call. Furthermore, be rest assured that your request has been registered with us. We are in the process of moving everyone to their selected choice. Over the next few days, you will get a notification regarding the same.
