[Resolved] DishTV — no service despite recharge | |||
I am a long time Dishtv customer. We were due to recharge at the end of January. Despite numerous attempts, could not recharge online. Then the error message 102 (Your account is de - active due to low balance), started appearing on the screen. Then we recharged through a local vendor but still the same message and no service. This despite Dishtv sending me a message that they have received my payment. Numerous calls to customer care, messages, mails, missed calls and the problem persists. Two weeks now.
