[Resolved] DishTV — no service provider arranged for product replacement | |||
My Dish TV set top box was not working on 14-May and I logged a complaint for the same with DishTV customer care for STB replacement for the charges as stated by them under complaint/reference number[protected]. They informed that service provider will resolve this issue in 24 hours by doing a home visit and replacing the box. It's been more than 5 days and I still have not received any communication from the service provider. Every time I call their customer care, they apologies and give me an assurance that it is escalated and will be addresses as soon as possible. But to my disdain, no action has been taken yet. I outreached them on their SM handle on twitter too, but I still have not received any calls from any of them. Please help me in this regard. You can call me on [protected] for further communication.
