[Resolved] DishTV — non completion of installation work after repeated assurance for vc no [protected] and registered mobile no is [protected] | |||
Sir My VC no is [protected] and my registered mobile no is [protected]. I requested for re installation of my dish and set top box at my new place of posting on 08.06.2018. I was assured by call center that my work will be completed within 24 hrs but it is very true that my dish has not been re installed as on 12.06.2018 till 9.00pm. I received call from so called owner of service center on 09.06.2018 from mobile no [protected] at 10.40 am and they assured me that the work will be attended by today itsel[censored]p to 4.00pm. After 4.00pm I called on mobile no [protected] and they told me that the work has been allotted to mechanic with mobile no [protected]. I called on mobile no [protected] and the mechanic assured me that he will come at 5.00pm and will complete the work but he did not arrived. Then again I called on both no and they again told me that they will take up the job on next day i. e. 10.06.2018. I cancelled all my appointment on 10.06.2018 and waited whole day for mechanic and they did not come for job work. Many times I called them but they just told me to wait. Thereafter again I called so called owner of service center on 11.06.2018 on mobile no [protected] and again he assured me that another mechanic with mobile no [protected] will attend the job and they will certainly re install the dish by today itself. Many times I called them but they did not perform the job. Thereafter again I called so called owner of service center on 12.06.2018 on mobile no [protected] and again he assured me that another mechanic with mobile no [protected] will attend the job and they will certainly re install the dish by today itself. I called to call center also regarding all this and they forwarded my call to supervisor at call center. We have 10 min talk with supervisor and he also assured me that the job will be completed by today itself and they felt sorry for the delayed. Many times I called mechanic with mobile no [protected] and he assured me that he is reaching in 15 mins (last call record is attached) but till 9.15 pm, no one reached to complete the re installation work. How we customer shall have faith on DISH TV AND THEIR SERVICE PATNER/ PROVIDER. A LITTLE TASK HAS NOT BEEN DONE DESPITE REPEATED REQUEST/TALK/ASSURANCE /WAITING. STILL WAITING AND WAITING.
