DishTV — non credit of transaction rs 1199

I have recharged my VC NO.[protected] ON 3/2/2019 WITH RS 1199 on 3/2/2019 Which was duly acknowledged by them video mail dated 3/2/2019 but still the SWITCH off date still shows as 7/2/2019. I have taken up the matter with DishTV through mail of date and making so many calls at CUSTOMER CARE NO [protected] but have got response. I just want to know the fate of recharge amount.
