[Resolved]  DishTV — non supply of dd channels as also channels subscribed on 11th feb 2019

I did pay a sum of rs 446/- (Four hundred and fortysix only) on 11th feb 2019 from my bank account,

Complaints: the following are the difficulties i have been experiencing since i asked the call centre to include the free channel flowers tv
1. Non-receipt of any one of the dd channels, which is against the proclaimed directions of trai, in my connection account having vc number [protected].
2. Non receipt of channels i have paid for, including:-
602- surya
603- asianet
606- zee keralam
609- asianet plus
620- surya movies
621- asianet movies
624- surya music
639- surya comedy
3. - even when my paid-subscription status was upto 22nd feb 2019, you disconnected channels from 11th feb 2019 that is against terms of subscription which i have already paid for,
4- you did state that the rate for monthly subscription for the channels i slected on 11th feb 2019 was rs.223/- per month, based on which i remitted rs 446/-[, ie charge for two months,
The current balance shown in my account is far below.

5- i did complain the customer care of dishtv three or four times about non receipt of dd channels, to register the complaint and to give the docket number of the complaint,
For which i have due legal right, but they simply did not heed to it. You seem to be fleecing me, considering the fact that you are not providing the channels i have subscribed for on 11th feb 2019.
