[Resolved] DishTV — not deactivating child connection, separated it from parent and made as individual connection. rs.2000 balance deducted | |
I have asked dishtv customer care to permanently deactivate my child tv connection in multi tv connections. They confirmed me that they will do it in next 4 hours. But later when i checked me account, they converted my multi connection as two individual connections. Now when i ask them what they did, they are saying they will transfer my child vc balance to my parent connection and deactivate child one. But they are not willing to do it. They are keeping me on hold and simply disconnecting the call. Was this information helpful? | |
