DishTV — not following rates and rules as per trai

I am using dist tv. And recharges through prathek distributors, opp. Malnad hospital k. R. Puram, hassan for rs. 320-. They have fixed rs 130+tax for free channels compulsory and rest rs 153 fo the challens selected that too they have not given bunch channels. I have complainted bothe ceo dist tv and distributors. The reply given by them is what they have charged is correct as per trai price. I am not satisfied with this. Please do best at your end.

The dish TV service provider is not responding to the calls on behalf for channel selection. The helpline number is useless . Worst service ever experienced . Such a [censored] management dish TV have.
