[Resolved] DishTV — not getting to select channels or bouquets of my choice | |||
In view of the latest guidelines of trai, i tried to make a selection of the channels and bouquets offered by various broadcasters by logging into my account on the website of dishtv on 31st jan / 1st feb of 2019. However, even after the selection of the channels of my choice, the website did not let me submit the same but showed another combination at almost the same price. The customer care people could not help over phone as their system was down. I am getting only the free channels and a handful of hd channels in place of the channels i had subscribed to initially (The highest hd pack) with annual payment. Now the website is not even allowing login using otp. Any problem with the system for a day or two is understandable but if it lasts longer, it creates doubt on the integrity of the people or owners of the service providers. Our team is checking this and will fix the same soon. However, if you're trying to select the channels/packs as per the TRAI guidelines, I would suggest you to send a mail at [protected]@dishtv.in along with the list of channels/packs which you want to select, my team will help you with the same.
