[Resolved]  DishTV — not providing or attending the request for my own pack by dishtv

I am having DTH connection with Dish TV.
My VC No. [protected].

The company has change my existing pack with their own interest or suggest pack on 03.04.2019.

I have immediately updated by own pack on the website on 03.04.2019 itself. My complaint or token Number is [protected]. Till after 24 hours my own pack has not started yet.

As per new TRAI norms, all the people have their choice to select own pack. In February month itself, i have selected my own pack and the token number is 201187. But on 03.04.2019 the company has activated their own pack (not useful and waste pack for me).

when i have contacted the company over phone the company is saying that some alignment is required in your antenna and our technician will visit and solve the issue. But now three days over and there is not solution for my problem.

If any alignment is required to see the channel as per my wish, then the company can solve the issue in February itself, when i have initially selected by pack. But how the company has change my exiting pack to a unwanted or waste pack with having proper arrangement.

I need immediate solution for my problem, since the company is charging same amount from me since 03.04.2019 with out providing my own pack.

Since i have already shared my VC Number, company is still playing games and diluting their fact of not attending the issue. They can easily know my mobile number with my VC number. It is almost 5 days and the issue is still pending. I am not happy with the company's response. If i have to rate the company performance i will give 0 rating.

Company should attend the issue immediately and also extend my validity date for the delayed days.
