My name is tajuddin inayat zari. Contact no.-[protected]. I booked online dish tv connection. There shown transaction is failed but money deducted from my account. I want track my order but i dont have any ref no. So please tell me waht will i do. No mail or reference no came from dish tv. Please give detail of my transaction or return back money from dishtv

Arround 7 days past I booked online dish tv connection but there payment transaction shown failed & also deduct money from account. Before contacted to Dish tv customer but they told money will reverse within 7th working day but still not reverse, please sir help me & give me money back.
