[Resolved] DishTV — over charges | |
I have registered a complaint to dish tv customer care of over charge in month of march. Where technical guy charged for cable wire though he didn't put any cable, it is also found that the receiver was replaced with old one and i see problems with signal now and then, for which i have to pay charges again. This is going on and on with no resolution. I was given the service centre details, i spoke to them and still no progress. I called dish tv about this more than 50 times, this is not at all acceptable. No importance to customer. Was this information helpful? | |
