[Resolved] DishTV — Payment made incorrect vc no | |||||
Dear Concerned, I have Recharged my Dish TV On 09.11.2015 Via Online (Paytm) of Rs 500/- but by mistake recharged done on wrong VC ([protected]) instead of [protected]. Regarding that we had word with customer care and they have given a link http://www.dishtv.in/Pages/EmailUs/email-us.aspx and told that mail us all details like wrong vc no, original vc no, recharged amount, date, order no. and followed the same and sent all the details on same mentioned link. 1) My paytm recharge order no is Order no: #[protected] 2 )Payment detail AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD Paytm Cash Transaction No[protected] 3)wrong vc no [protected] 4)my vc no [protected] (amrendra panigrahi mobile [protected]) 5)recharge date 09/11/2015 time Was this information helpful? | |||||

As per our conversation with you on [protected], we informed you that the mentioned details are insufficient for payment transfer from one VC to another. So we requested you to share the dishtv transaction id which starts from PMG, so that needful action can be done.
