[Resolved]  DishTV — plan migration without consent...!!

Today (8-apr-2019), dish tv through its 'sms' platform sent me a message saying that i/we have been migrated to their new plan (Without seeking our consent!) as per the trai guidelines with revised monthly plan/package for rs.728/- per month. We are not in town for the next few months and without considering whether we want or not they have done what suits to their business. Please guide us where we should escalate?
