[Resolved] DishTV — poor service from distributor | |||
I am unable to edit channel packs as per new TRIA regulation to my dish TV connection VC no.[protected].I was continuously following up with customer for edit y pack as per new changes but i have face bad experience with DISH TV. When I called first time I got the response that system is on upgradation mode so please call later after 1 hour, so for 2 days continuously i was calling for do the changes.3rd days I spoken to customer team & she has edited my pack & told me that after 24 hrs working day it will start.But my pack didn't get changed so i have called for next day but i got response that it is still under process.Then again I called for 5th day that time they told me that my VC no.is locked & i cant edit my pack.How they can locked my VC no. as per new guideline they should edit my pack. So I wants my refund prepaid balance left in my account around 800/- plus I want cost of new connection Rs.2400/- Was this information helpful? | |||
