Dear sir, Mujhe call aaya dist tv se ki aap 400/-rs ka recharge kijiye aur appko 200 rs extra recharge melega maine 25 aug to recharge kiya paytm se 400/- mujhe confirmation mailand massage se mil gaya aur dist tv account me bhi show hone laga 3-4 din baad mere massage aata hai ki aapka recharge smapt hone wala hai to maine customer care call kiya unhone kaha ki apne recharge kiya hai complain le leta hu aur 24 hours me update ho gayega bur aap 24 hours baad call kar lena jab maine dobara se phone kiya to server issue bata diya agle din phone kiya to bataya gya ki apka payment bounce ho gaya 27 aug ko maine kaha nahi hua agar hua tha to appne offer kaise chal raha hai phir kaha ki aap paytm ki statement bhejiye maine vo bhej diya uske baad bataya jaata hai ki ye payment nahi 20may ko jo recharge kiya vo payment bounce huia hai ab mujhse pahle may month ke statement le gayi uske baad 6month ki statemment mangi gayi vo bhi bhej di lkin ab tak koi bhi revert nahi aaya hmne unko refernce number and upid bhi provide kara di, abhi kya kay karna padega vo bhi bata dijiye mai appka bahut purana customer hu hame preshan kiya ja raha hai mai mail call karke thak chuka hu mai appse asha karta hu ki app log iska jarur smadhan karne ki krpa kare mai last 15 days se pareshan hu.
