I upgraded set top box to hd (Rs 800) and recharged to amount rs 1200 on 1st april 2019. Till now it shows no available balance. Called customer care multiple times, giving irresponsible answers.

Asked for refund on unsatisfied service, replied you can terminate but amount was not refunded. To confirm asked to forward the call to his higher official and return policy details in mail, not willing to do so.
