[Resolved]  DishTV — recharge issue - not given full credit

Dishtv connection id [protected] in the name of bhagirath singh
I have recharged for full year on 19th march 2018. There was a add on in pack and before recharging i canceled it and 3 times confirmed from the customer care and strictly told them do not adjust the amount in my add on as i am cancelling it. They confirmed that it will not be adjusted and then i recharged with 2720 for full year.in the same evening i got a message form distv that your v. C is recharged and switch off date is in december. Then again i called in customer care and told them about this. They told me that do not worry i will be rectified and your switch off date will by 18 march 2019 and they again taken the request.
After 4 days i again called the customer care but did not get any resolution about this. Request you to help me. I have recording of the conversation in which they clearly told that it will be rectified.
