[Resolved] DishTV — recharge - painful and pathetic service | |||
This is regarding my dishtv account ending with 8483. The pain that dishtv has been putting me thru in the last 4 days has been just unbelievable. I had recharged my account well before the switch off date and it’s been more than 3 days now that dishtv has been saying that they have not received the money and that they are investigating it wit their accounts team. Inspite of repeated follow ups with dishtv they keep asking me the same complaint details and keep providing the same update since last 4 days. Worse, they tell me how they are sending email to their account department - come on now, as a customer why should i care if you follow up with your accounts or hr department. And why should i be worried about if these inter department communication is not happening. Totally frustrated with dishtv especially in times when customer service is been taken to a greater level by other companies. Was this information helpful? | |||
