[Resolved]  DishTV — Recharge payment made twice but not credited into my Dish Tv A/C

Address:West Garo Hills, Meghalaya

On 28/08/15 an amount of Rs 750/-(Seven hundred fifty) only was paid as Recharge of my Dish TV through SBI internet via INB Avenues Private Ltd and the reference No. of payment is[protected]GOAPDZF16 TRANSFER TO 4 . But still payment is not credited into my Dish TV Account. On getting no service ANOTHER PAYMENT of Rs 280 was made as Recharge amount through SBI internet via INB DISH TV payment the reference No of which is DSBI[protected]IGOAPJXNV7 TO . The second as well as first payment has still not been credited to my Dish TV account . Your are cordially requested to get both the payment credited into my Dish TV account .

On December 20 by miscommunication we recharged our dishtv twice in a day. 1st recharge done through Amazon pay and another is from retailer. But our dishtv switch off with in a month. Vc no is [protected]. I connect with dishtv support care but they are saying they received only one recharge of Rs 350. From our side we had made twice the recharge of Rs 350. Our monthly plan is near about Rs 377. They are not able to trace from which side they received the recharge whether it is Amazon pay or from the retailer. Please help us. Thank you
