[Resolved]  DishTV — Recharge plan

Dear team,
Just yesterday we charged our VC - [protected] - with rupees 3300 for one year. We requested to do 'pick up channels' plan by selecting " All malayalam channels+ Disney+hungama+pogo+discovery+animal planet+national geographic wild"
But after we got the message about charging we came to know they just reversed our previous plan. When we contacted today they are telling 'pick up method' is only possible through online, they cannot change it.
If it is not possible they could tell it yesterday when we recharged. We need to do some selection in cartoon channels because of our children, so we opted the 'pick channels' plan.
Please do the favour to change our plan accordingly, so that it will be a great help for us.

My VC no is [protected]. RMN is [protected]. I want to add star sports 1 and 4 channels to my corporate STB. I called and mailed but no proper response. Nodal officer doesn't pick up calls. Resolve this asap
