I am not getting correct response from customer care,
My query is switch off date is 22/2/19- but i recharged on 15th feb for rs 100 but it got switched off on 22/2/19.
Now when i switch on my tv it is showing account balance is low, asking to recharge. Done every thing but my channels not resumed it is switched off, asking to recharge.
There is no technical problems either in stb box nor in antenna, it is working well still 20th feb,, from today morning i got this message on tv.
You have not updated recharge done by me on 15th of feb, that's why it got switched off. Was this information helpful? |
